#PaletaWeek 2016: 35+ Paleta Recipes for Summer

#PaletaWeek

Last Monday, I launched the first annual Paleta Week, which kicked off on June 20th — the first day of summer. Check out the hashtag #PaletaWeek and you’ll find a roundup of one of Mexico’s sweetest treats: paletas (popsicles). This year 25 bloggers and Instagrammers contributed over 35 popsicle recipes with a Mexican twist. I also partnered with Mexico in My Pocket to host daily paleta-inspired giveaways that included everything from my favorite paleta molds to books, Paletero Cart air fresheners, and handmade paleta cookies and cards. Many thanks to everyone who took the time to contribute a recipe, to my giveaway sponsors, and to everyone who followed along last week! Until next year…
