I absolutely love the combination of sweet strawberries and earthy beets in this agua fresca.
After six years of living in Colorado, I’ve finally (somewhat) embraced the winters and recently tried my hand at show shoeing. Despite my hesitation going into it, I had a blast.

Dark chocolate cashew butter cups infused with orange liqueur and topped with Maldon sea salt and freeze dried fresas . . .
It’s supposed to be a whopping 7 degrees tomorrow so I’m more than happy to stay home and co-teach a virtual Valentine’s Day cooking class.
Took a little break this Friday for some homemade edible gift making.
