¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (5-10 Mexican or key limes)
1 shot mezcal
2 cups water
2 tablespoons agave nectar (or to taste)
1 cup ice cubes
3 tablespoons fresh mint minced
- Muddle lime juice, mezcal, water, agave nectar, 1 tablespoon mint, and ice cubes in cocktail shaker.
- Strain, and mix in 1 tablespoon minced mint. Serve cold.
